Oregon has several families of Scorpions. We at Arizona Scorpion World are trying
to provide some information on scorpions of other states.
There are approximately 80 species of scorpions in the United States.
Five of those species of scorpions are found in Oregon and we have pics of all of them.

Scorpions have their place in the scheme of things that has nothing
to do with stinging people.
Scorpions are among the world's oldest land invertebrates. Scorpions do a great job of
keeping insect populations in check.
